  • The red colour distinguishes it unmistakably from other attachments, such as a HME
  • The membrane is closed in the basic position (valve close position) and opens during inhalation.
  • Advantage: a high blowing pressure is not required to close the valve to be able to speak. Less fatigue for the patient, better speaking quality.
