  • The Tracheospreizer is used for the dilation of the tracheostoma of tracheostomized and laryngectomized patients
  • Also to be used during cannula changing and for emergency interaction, e.g. decannulation
  • The special shape of the rounded tips minimizes the risk of injury during insertion
  • The three spreadable wings allow the opening of the dilator in all directions and thereby ensure an even circular dilation of the tracheostoma
  • Ergonomic design and handling: The dilator opens when the handles are pressed together
  • This is conform to the natural ergonomics of manual handling and provides a more sophisticated and finetuned
    control of the dilation process
