  • The Blom-Singer® Indwelling Plug Insert is a prosthesis plug for Blom-Singer® CLASSIC Indwelling Shunt valves (4 - 25 mm)
  • The plug is used as a temporary stopper for the shunt valve to prevent transprosthetic valve leakage
  • When the Blom-Singer® Indwelling Plug Insert is in use, swallowing while eating and drinking is not possible
  • Talking is not possible while the plug is in use
  • The safety shield at the back of the plug insert prevents the plug from slipping into the trachea if it falls out
